Episode 23: “Kamen Rider Siren”

Story By Steve Wang, Nathan Long and Michael Wang

Written by Nathan Long

Directed by Steve Wang

Summary: Danny returns to the lair and informs Xaviax of the white armored Rider he encountered - Kamen Rider Siren. Xaviax thought this whole time that he had destroyed her, but the "Swan" got away. Xaviax explains that, not only is she another Ventaran Rider, but is possibly even better than Wing Knight. Danny tells him that he was just riding along when she attacked him, and explains that he just wanted to let him know. After Danny leaves, Xaviax orders JTC to Vent him.

Len asks Kase how she escaped, and explains that the last thing he remembers is the Sleep Pod Override waking him up, and her pushing him through the Escape Hatch. Kase explains that she saw Adam coming with Xaviax, and she knew that she only had time enough to get Len out, and they were just lucky that their Pods were last, the others didn't even have a chance to wake up.

Kase isn't sure that they can trust Kit. Len explains that Xaviax tricked all the other guys into fighting for him, and Kit is the only one who didn't take the bait, he's a good kid. But Kase says that he could be the nicest kid in the world, but they need REAL Riders for this job. So Kit explains that he IS a real Rider, and that Len offered him Adam's spot as Dragon Knight. Kase then challenges "Kid" to a fight and explains that if he wants Adam's spot, show her he deserves it, no Vents, no Advent Beasts, just fighting skills. So the two transform, and Dragon Knight easily goes down. Siren de-transforms. Len explains to Dragon Knight that there's no shame in losing to Siren, she's one of their best fighters. Kase says that she's second best, then takes a quick look at Len and says, "you know it." But then, as Len and Kase start heading off, Dragon Knight de-transforms, and Kit says to himself that he's the worst, then takes off in the other direction.

Lacey returns to Grace's Books and tells Maya that she's not mad at her and apologizes for going off on her. Maya accepts her apology and explains she understands. The two hug, and Lacey tells Trent that she's his friend, too. Lacey then asks them if she can have a job working there too, and says that she's tired of working at the clothing store. But Maya explains that they don't need anybody else working there. Then Lacey says that she NEEDS to work there, but then says, never mind, and takes off.

Michelle Walsh enters a government building and is granted access into secured rooms. Michelle is secretly working for the government. She hands over the Intel - the Flash Drive with all the gathered pictures and information obtained from Maya's laptop. Michelle Walsh is ordered to bring in Kit Taylor, and is told to do whatever she feels is necessary to bring him in.

Kit continues to doubt and blame himself, taking everything in all at once.

Kase asks Len if he thinks Kit can handle this job. Len says that he does need more training, but he's got everything else - heart, guts, brains, honor. Kase explains that they don't have much time, Xaviax has almost all the DNA samples that he needs to Mass Teleport all the people on Earth back to his home planet. Kase understands that this has been tough for Len -- Venting these guys, and realizes that he never were really cold enough for this job, and yet he did what he had to, and tells Len, that's why she loves him. Len tells her that he loves her, too.

JTC locates Danny and asks him why he has to be so stubborn. Danny explains they had nothing, no mom, no dad, they've been watching each other's backs since the day they were born, and now he's gone. JTC explains that he had a brother, too, who went to prison for something he didn't do and couldn't put it aside and just do his time, and if he had, he would have been out in three years, but instead, he was stubborn and tried to escape every chance he could, which got him Life Without Parole, and it's been ten years and he's still in there. JTC tells Danny that he can't beat Xaviax, Xaviax is the winner, the world WILL be his, and he will be Vented if he doesn't listen. JTC and Danny transform and fight. Strike uses his Final Vent Card, but Axe uses Freeze Vent and freezes Venosnaker. Strike easily takes down Axe and tells him that he's not going to Vent him...this time, but next time he will, giving him one last chance.

Kit has returned to his apartment. He tries making himself a sandwich, but can't stop taking everything in and ends up destroying the piece of bread. Kit is then pushed through a portal by a mysterious Rider - Kamen Rider Onyx.
