Episode 8: “Kamen Rider Camo”
Story By Steve Wang, Nathan Long and Michael Wang
Written by Scott Phillips
Directed by John Fasano
Summary: An underground martial artist, Grant fights to be the toughest man and cheats to win. Posing as a mercenary, Xaviax (human form) tells Grant that his name is Race Mattock, and that he's a Combat Logistics, Incorporated, Contract Soldier. Mattock offers Grant a job and the chance to be known as the best fighter on two worlds, then gives him an Advent Deck.
Dragon Knight and Torque intercept a monster. Dragon Knight tries some of Torque's Advent Cards, but the summoned weapons go to Torque instead -- "Launch Vent" (with 3,000 Attack Points), a pair of shoulder-mounted cannons (Giga Cannon), and "Guard Vent" (with 3,000 Guard Points), a shield (Giga Armor). The monster is destroyed by Dragon Knight's Strike Vent and Torque's Launch Vent.
Mattock leads Grant into the Combat Logistics Headquarters (Xaviax's lair). Mattock tells Grant that if he wants the glory, he needs to defeat Wing Knight.
Maya informs JTC that she went to the hospital and found the missing people. JTC agrees to meet with her in person tomorrow at the book shop at 6:00pm. A shark monster then grabs Maya and pulls her into a mirror.
Len saves Maya, transforms to Wing Knight and fights the monster. Drew tells Kit to go down there and pretend like he's gonna help, and the second he turns his back to him, wham! Then while he's down, Drew will come in there and finish him off. Kit isn't sure about doing it, but Drew explains that he has to if he wants to save his dad. On their way down, they find Grant. Grant doesn't want any competition and tells them to get lost. Drew explains that they're on the same side and are all going after Wing Knight. But Grant explains that Captain Mattock didn't say anything about backup, this is his job, and he's the only one that's gonna get him. The three transform, Grant transforms to Kamen Rider Gamo to take out Torque and Dragon Knight. Dragon Knight tries to get Gamo to listen and not fight them, but Torque insists on fighting. Seeing that they're fighting each other instead of Wing Knight, Xaviax calls forth Kamen Rider Strike to send in Kamen Rider Thrust.
Camo uses "Hold Vent" (with 2,000 Attack Points), a yo-yo (Bio Winder).
The monster escapes Wing Knight. Len explains to Maya about where she is and that all the people of Ventara have been taken by General Xaviax. Maya asks if there is a way to bring back his people. Len explains that with the original Riders and their leader gone, he doesn't know, and that Xaviax won because one of the Riders betrayed them.
Camo uses "Clear Vent" and becomes transparent and escapes.
Maya knows that Len is the good guy. Len explains that they have to get Kit away from Torque. Maya tells Len not to give up on him and has him promise. Len is then attacked by Kamen Rider Thrust, Len loses his Advent Deck...
