Summary: In an indoor parking lot, a young woman is spotted walking to her car. A red creature appears out from the reflections of a car behind her and grabs her. As the creature is pulling her back towards a reflective surface, a parking lot cashier attendant sees the woman struggling, but only sees her. But then, someone in a high-tech armor suit rides out of the reflective surface from behind and saves the woman. More creatures then jump through the reflections. The armored hero (Wing Knight) rides into battle. The attendant sees only the Masked person riding around on his motorcycle, so the attendant calls the police. Wing Knight gets off his Rider cycle to finish the fight and pulls out a Advent Card. He places his "Sword Vent" card (with 2,000 Attack Points) into his card reader, then a Contract bat (Black Wing) flies out from the reflective surface and gives Wing Knight his Wing Lancer. Wing Knight quickly defeats the creatures then transforms back to human form (Len) and goes to see if the woman is alright. As Len heads back to his Rider cycle, it transforms into an ordinary motorcycle. The attendant had witnessed the transformations. Len takes off on his motorcycle. He senses another attack nearby and rides back to action, "Kamen Rider!"

At a police station, 18-year-old Kit Taylor is in trouble once again, people keep accusing him of things he didn't do. Kit is talking to his dad, but he's really asleep. Detective Grimes wakes him up with good news - the "Speed Shop" is not pressing charges. Detective Grimes and Kit's dad (Frank Taylor) have been old friends for a long time. Kit's father has been missing for a year now. Grimes gives Kit a ride back to his foster home again, but on their way out, Kit sees his dad in a reflection (or so he thinks). His dad tells Kit to go home, search for the Dragon, and remember the Contract Card.

Now that Kit is 18, he is being kicked out of his foster home. When Kit returns to his room, he finds that his Foster Mother is already introducing his replacement. Kit's young friend, Jesse, gives Kit a birthday gift - a framed cut out picture of Kit's dad. But Kit recognizes the Picture Frame, it belongs to Cherie. Kit tells Jesse he shouldn't steal. But Jesse thinks that Kit steals and asks why the police bring him home all the time. Kit explains that he doesn't steal, they are just misunderstandings. Kit returns the Picture Frame to Cherie, leaving Cherie to believe that he took it, "You see? Misunderstandings." On his way out, Kit reminds Jesse of what his father (Frank) use to say - "When the going gets tough, the tough go riding!" Kit then takes off on his motorcycle, heading for home.

Back home where he and his father lived, remembers the good times he had with his dad when he was younger. Kit looks at a picture frame of him, his dad and mom, and remembers what his dad told him, "She would of been very proud of you, son!" Kit then finds an Advent Deck and looks at the "SEAL" Advent Card then hears his dad telling him again to search for the Dragon (the red dragon has been following Kit all day). So Kit goes out onto the balcony to see if he's there, but then he sees something strange happening with the building across from him - the glass is moving like liquid. Then as he's holding the Advent Deck, it begins to energize. The red dragon surges out through the glass toward him. Kit quickly puts up his arms, crossing his face while holding the Advent Deck, and an energy field is formed. The dragon tries breaking through then returns to where he came. Kit's senses are then altered.

Maya, a paranormal investigator for WayAboveTopSecret. com, is working at her aunt Grace's bookstore while trying to piece together her latest story about the missing persons and the masked vigilante, and with her good friend, Trent. Maya wants to hack the police database to find out more for her story, but Grace needs a piece of tape, so Trent gives it a try. Maya's old friend, Lacey, walks in. Lacey loves trendy fashions and boys. Trent informs Maya that she has been scooped, Michelle Walsh reports another sighting of the masked vigilante on WayAboveTopSecret. com. So Maya leaves to try uncovering the whole story before Michelle Walsh does.

Out on the street, Kit sees a giant spider in a reflection. The giant spider pulls someone in, but no one else notices. Maya, while walking down the street, starts talking into a recorder. More red creatures jump out and follow Maya. Kit goes to save her. He tells them to get away from her, but she can't see the creatures. They start attacking Kit. Kit tries his best to fight them off, but one of the creatures takes Maya into a mirror. But then, the creature is knocked back out of the mirror, and out comes Len carrying Maya. Len takes on the creatures and quickly defeats them. Len wants the Advent Deck Kit found and tries searching his pockets. He pulls out Kit's wallet and throws it. Kit tells him to back off, then takes off running, so Len starts walking after him. Maya is taking pictures, so Len takes her camera, drops it, then smashes it with his foot. After Len leaves, Maya finds Kit's wallet with his Driver License ID card.

Kit sees the giant spider again. The Spider tries to attack Kit, but Kit falls backward into the reflections of a car and finds himself flying through a dimensional portal. The Advent Deck transforms him into a Blank Kamen Rider. Kit Taylor, now a Kamen Rider Knight, finds himself in another world. Len transforms to Wing Knight and goes in after him. Once inside the portal, Wing Knight uses a Rider Cycle to get him into the other world, and his Contract bat is following him from above.

Wing Knight uses his "Sword Vent" card and summons his Wing Lancer. So Blank Knight tries his "Sword Vent" card and summons his Ride Saber (with only 300 Attack Points). Next, Wing Knight uses "Attack Vent" (with 4,000 Attack Points), which Black Wing swoops down and attacks, cutting off a part of the spiders two front legs. Then Wing Knight uses his "Final Vent" card (with 5,000 Attack Points). The Bat connects on his back and becomes a cape. He then leaps high into the air where the cape then wraps around his entire body and swirls into the giant spider, causing the spider to explode.

The Red Dragon is back. Kit (Blank Knight) hears his father's voice again, telling him not to be afraid of the Dragon. The two Knights run for their lives as the Dragon attacks from above with bursts of fireballs...
